I. Hero

1. Amara Sol.

  • Archetype: Hero.
  • Age: 30
  • Physical Traits: Short. Black hair, olive-skin. Shapely. No tats.
  • Personality: Soft-spoken, hard on herself. Been bullied. Stays upbeat, honest, open-hearted. Loves arts, especially dance. Identifies with bohemianism.
  • Goal: Audition for a dance show.

II. Opponents

2. Belissa.

  • Archetype: Villain.
  • Age: Looks 25-30. (In reality, she’s 70.)
  • Physical Traits: Long, straight blonde hair. Blue eyes. Tiny waist. Breast implants. Literally looks like Barbie. A Nordic supervixen.
  • Personality: Aristocratic, haughty. Doesn’t smile much, doesn’t emote much. Air of dignity. Known as the most beautiful woman in the world. Wants to keep it that way.
  • Goal: Rewrite the dance show. Block Amara. Make Shy her co-star instead.

3. Shyla “Shy” Adams.

  • Archetype: Trickster Guardian. Love Interest #3.
  • Age: 30-35.
  • Physical Traits: Muscular (fitness competitor). Fake tits. Maybe tattoos. Tips of her long blonde hair dyed black. Bangs swept to the side.
  • Personality: Brash, cocky, bad-ass. Tough. Dominant. Rock star attitude. Rebellious. Completely comfortable in her body and with sex. Very sexual, lusty.
  • Goal: Get same part as Amara.

4a. Hyle.

  • Archetype: Shadow.
  • Age & Physical Traits: Amara plays Hyle. Hyle is always dressed an accountant. (The self-image Amara is “supposed” to be.) Hair pulled back in a bun. Looks wealthy, very upper class.
  • Personality: Agitated, anxious, quick to anger.
  • Background: Hyle is Amara’s self-doubt, and superego. Superego: what you’re supposed to do according to society. Self-doubt: the negative voice within.
  • Goal: Sabotage Amara’s audition (as Amara’s voice of self-doubt).

4b. Winged Amara.

  • Archetype: Sidekick.
  • Age & Physical Traits: Amara plays Winged Amara. She has butterfly wings. Gold skin. Celestial eyes. Always nude. Not in a lewd way. Her nudity is innocent, not feeling shame, transcending social-norms.
  • Personality: Calm, (not grasping), patient, kind, warm, loving.
  • Goal: Encourage Amara to audition (as Amara’s “Higher Self” inner voice).

  • Archetype: Rebel (or Nerdy Warrior). Love Interest #1.
  • Age: 46
  • Physical Traits: Multi-racial. Muscular. Bookish.
  • Personality: Gentle, sincere, down-to-earth, masculine.
  • Goal: To find the right person to replace Matoaka in his dance show.

6. Matoaka.

  • Age: 18-22
  • Physical Traits: Indigenous. Black hair, brown-skin. No tats. A natural look (contrast with Belissa).
  • Personality: Wise beyond her years.
  • Goal: Train Amara for the role Matoaka is leaving. Help Amara win the callback.

7. Jordyn Lynn.

  • Archetype: Damsel. Love Interest #2.
  • Age: 28
  • Physical Traits: Tall. Red-head. A cross between a Parisian model and fitness trainer.
  • Personality: Down-to-earth, friendly. At heart an athlete. Loves fitness, self-help.
  • Goal: Physically train Amara for the callback.

8. Eugenie Wyndham.

  • Archetype: Herald.
  • Age: 27
  • Physical Traits: Petite. Maybe blonde, maybe brunette (whatever color). No indication she’s a trans woman. Top surgery (breasts). No bottom surgery, yet.
  • Personality: Gentle. Intellectual. Aesthete. Witty. Deeply closeted trans woman.
  • Goal: Help Belissa rewrite the dance show.

9. Domanares Eroso.

  • Archetype: Ruler. Belissa’s boyfriend.
  • Age: 65
  • Physical Traits: Hulking like a WWE wrestler. Gray hair.
  • Personality: Quick to anger. Loves violence, conflict, war. Assertive. Highly ambitious.
  • Goal: Help Eugenie rewrite the dance show. Teach her Marquis de Sade’s philosophy.

  • Age: 30.
  • Physical Traits: Tall. Muscular–a gym rat. He might have a beard. He’s not the clean cut type. A grungy version of Brad Pitt.
  • Personality: Contractor who has been a gym rat for his whole adult life.
  • Goal: To marry Eugenie.
